If you do not order products from our online shop, you can visit our site without providing any personal information. In this case, we only store access data without any personal reference, such as the name of your internet service provider or the page from which you visit us. This data is used exclusively to improve our service and does not allow us to infer personal information about you. Personal data relating to the identity of the customer ordering products on the Waannoy.ch website, such as name, address, postal address, delivery address, telephone number, or email address, are only collected if you voluntarily provide them when ordering or subscribing to our newsletter, or if you use the contact function on the website or contact us in another way, for example, by email. The data you provide when ordering products will be used, without your prior consent, exclusively for the execution and processing of the order. The buyer's data will only be used to send newsletters or mailings with the buyer's prior consent. You can revoke your consent at any time without providing a reason, with effect for the future.

Please note that all data collected via the website must be completed. These fields are marked with an asterisk and must be completed before your request can be processed. All other information is optional. The information you provide in the other fields will be processed for statistical purposes and to improve our offering.

We accept payments via Stripe.
