About Waannoy

Waannoy, a brand whose name means “not-too-sweet” in Thai, was born from a desire to elevate cupcakes beyond the typical overly sweet experience. Originally from Thailand and now a home cook living in Switzerland for the past fifteen years, I find immense joy in blending flavours from different gastronomic cultures in my pastry-making adventures. Creating original recipes is my passion. I love to infuse my pastries with diverse influences, often incorporating Thai flavours but not exclusively.
